As a Human Resources Assistant, you will work in an administrative setting based out of Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with one-hour unpaid lunch

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new hire process
  • Welcome all new hires to orientation while providing excellent customer service
  • Assist new employee's during the orientation process, including training on new hire paperwork
  • Prepare new hire packets for orientation
  • Prepare new hire packets for payroll
  • Keep up to date on agency and funding course requirements and assist in ensuring compliance
  • Track outstanding new hire paperwork
  • Schedule employees for training
  • Assist with onboarding new hires by coordinating offers of employment, communicating with management and meeting new hires to collect required items

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required, Bachelor s degree in HR preferred;
  • Human Resources or clerical experience;
  • Experience and/or knowledge of Ultipro or Relias LMS a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License required
