We are looking for a Solar Setter, to work with homeowners in scheduling qualified appointments for our closing team that will deliver a solar proposal. This is an individual with a solid work ethic and is coachable with good communication skills. Has the ability to work on your feet and be adaptable. Self-starters and go-getters, along with those who excel in competitive team environments and enjoy comradely.

This is a part time position.

*You will go door to door directly to potential customers’ homes, collect some basic information, and set an appointment for a solar consultant to return.

Salary and Commission:

Our pay is done differently - we offer a base Hourly Wage of $15.00 per hour, plus a Bi-weekly Bonus structure. You will qualify for commission bonuses on the additional sales you close each week, allowing you to earn up to $50 an hour. On average, our setters make $30-$50 per hour or MORE (based on appointments closed).

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years to older

• No prior marketing or sales experience required, but always preferred
