We are hiring immediately for an energetic and outgoing Employment Specialist to join the Ability Beyond Career Development Team! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with developmental disabilities to find integrated, competitive employment in their community. You will be positively impacting the lives of others every day by helping the individuals we serve achieve their career goals.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Networking in the community to identify career placement opportunities. Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses to meet potential and ongoing placement goals.
- Supporting individuals on your caseload with goal setting, resume writing, interview skill building, networking assistance, and soft skills coaching.
- Providing supplemental job coaching and training at the work site. Assisting in the supervisor's conversations and feedback, to better support individuals maintaining employment.
