Under the direction of the Integrated Marketing Manager, the Email Marketing Coordinator will implement the
email communication strategy for Orlando City, Orlando Pride and Exploria Stadium in collaboration with
Sales, Service, Strategy & Analytics, Brand Alliances, and Marketing teams through ideation, planning,
execution, analysis, and reporting of email content. In addition, this role will manage the Club’s SMS
communication platform and assist with digital marketing campaign planning and execution. The position is
based out of Exploria Stadium.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, manage and maintain outgoing email marketing calendar, including campaigns and
informational, engagement and sales emails.
- Develop complex and automated email campaigns that deliver customized and timely content to
engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal Strategy & Analytics department to analyze customer database, create
personalized fan journeys.
- Serve as the primary copywriter and ensure suitability and optimization of content by channel type,
messaging guidelines.
- Closely track and report overall email campaign performance, while devising strategic
conversion.
- Work closely with our internal creative services and content teams to ideate and develop assets for
- Work with Brand Alliances team for integration of corporate partners into email campaigns,
- Support Integrated Marketing Manager with planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns,
- Manage creation and deployment of text messages through the Club’s SMS sales platform.
- Assist with deployment, tracking, and fulfillment of lead-generating digital promotions and
- Perform continual research on evolving trends and new technology in the email marketing space.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience creating and executing complex email marketing
- Experience working within a CRM platform connected with email marketing client, with proficiency In
- Exceptional analytical and creative abilities; looking to push the envelope and develop and
- Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-
efficient manner.
- Ability to evaluate data, determine trends, find opportunities and make recommendations.
- Copywriting experience and/or superior written communication skills.
- Basic graphic design experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred.
- Familiarity with digital trends and technology, sports and popular culture.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and HTML coding a plus.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic a must. Must have a “team-first” mentality with an eagerness
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
