SES Group of Companies, LLC (SGC) is growing! We are seeking a BRIGHT Electrical Superintendent to join the Panhandle Power Solutions, LLC (PPS) team, a subsidiary of SGC. In this key role, you'll be planning and supervising daily work activities with work personnel. The ideal candidate will have heavy commercial or industrial electrical experience and is able to maintain daily, weekly and monthly job reporting. Travel is required, and per diem is provided when applicable.

• Trains and manages work personnel
• Orders materials and conducts material take-offs
• Tracks manpower usage and provides forecasts to management
• Guides on-site personnel in best practices and installation techniques
• Communicates with clients
• The first line of defense for on-site safety
• Work alongside the manager to provide schedule updates
• Notifies management of potential change orders and delays

• 10+ years of heavy commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Experience with medium voltage.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Successfully pass a federal background check to obtain a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• A journeyman License is preferred.
• Emergency Power Systems experience is a plus.
• Switchgear Retrofits and Upgrades experience is a plus.
• Proficient in using Procore is preferred.
• Experience with Federal Government Construction, the Department of Defense (DoD), and/or the United States Army Corps of Engineering (USACE) is a plus
