To further our goals, TRC is seeking someone looking to develop their career as an
EHS Digital Technology Solution Specialist to join our National EHS Digital Technology Services Team.

This position will focus on delivering the regulatory and technical experience for the planning, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS digital technology, information management services and consulting services. These EHS Digital Technology Services are focused on clients considering and implementing both custom and commercial-off-the-shelf EHS digital software solutions for the following applicable EHS and Risk Management programs:
- Chemical Management Systems
- Health and Safety Compliance and Performance Improvement Programs
- Incident & Occupational Health Programs
- Risk Identification & Program Management
- Security Systems
- Sustainability and Energy Tracking and Reporting
- Training and Compliance Tracking Systems
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct EHS information management and digital tool needs assessments
- Configure and set up commercial-off-the-shelf EHS software systems for clients
- Perform data migrations to new systems from legacy systems.
- Develop custom digital programs and applications for various EHS Services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, MS Word, MS Access and PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new program languages and digital technologies.
- Mobile application development, report automation, and EHS systems integrations
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or environmental/safety science related field.(Advanced degree preferred).
- Systems analysis and design knowledge or experience such as Unified Modelling Language (UML)
- Experience with commercial EHS information systems such as Benchmark ESG, Cority, Dakota Software, ehsAI, Enablon, Intelex, ProcessMap, Red-On-Line, SAI360, Sphera, STP, and Velocity EHS.
- Intuitive and creative thinker. A consultative demeanor and ability to work with clients and the ability to identify and offer solutions when needed.
- Have strong communications skills both written and oral.
- Work well on a team supporting our National EHS Digital Technology Service platform.
- Interface well with and develop a rapport and positive relationship with our clients and employees.
Preferred Qualifications
- Programming experience (Microsoft Visual Studio, Python, ASP.NET, C#, Javascript, Powershell) for EHS software integration and automation.
