School is in session, and we invite you to join our special purpose private school serving young children with special needs, aged Pre-K through Grade 5. The Fraser-Ford Child Development Center is a year-round school-based behavioral health day treatment program. We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide individualized instruction to children with autism, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral health needs in our clinically intensive center-based program. Under the supervision and ongoing support of Certified Special Education Teachers and Board Certified Behavior Analysts, the Ed Tech III provides 1:1 direct instruction in social, behavioral, emotional, functional, and academic skills within an Applied Behavior Analysis model. In addition, our team of professionals includes licensed clinicians, occupational and physical therapists, and speech language providers who also support the Ed Tech III in meeting the child’s diverse needs. We offer the initial and ongoing training required to be a highly effective instructor of children with special needs as well as to promote continuous learning, professional development, career advancement, and the delivery of high-quality services to children and their families, within a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; a minimum of 90 college credits required. Preference given to candidates with experience, Ed Tech III certification, and Behavioral Health Professional certification. We will facilitate obtaining these certifications, and provide paid BHP training, for candidates in need of these certifications.
