Hours: Part time up to 30 hours, flexible schedule. Some evening and Saturday availability may be needed. Full time potential with benefits.

What a typical day can look like:
- Managing front office and monitoring daily center activities including engaging with students/families, addressing phones/emails/texts, appointments, etc
- Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules
- Administering academic evaluations and interim testing
- Performing financial activities such as managing payments, billing statements, etc
- Conducting monthly student conferences to check in on progress and student experience
- Teaching students
A successful candidate must have:
- A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
- 1-3 years of management, customer service, and/or education experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Detail oriented yet able to organize and create efficiencies
- Collaborative approach and focus on team building
- Self motivation to create a supportive learning environment for our students
- Enthusiasm for helping kids achieve their personal goals
