Position Description

Wen-Parker Logistics is a global freight forwarder and supply chain provider established in 1997. We are currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated Distribution Supervisor for our new 3PL Haltom City, TX Fulfillment Center. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading a Manual Pick/Pack operational team in our new, 426,000 SQ FT air-conditioned facility. The Supervisor works with the Director of Distribution and Operations Manager to develop strategies for maximizing productivity, safety and accuracy, then coaches and guides team members to ensure facility and individual success.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Minimum 3 years’ warehouse systems and forklift experience.

Knowledge / Skills:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations

• Excellent leadership skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and data entry

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities

• Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity

• Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials

• Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels

• Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation

• Ensure maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations

• Perform daily inspection of warehouse grounds; coordinate and maintain equipment

• Communicate and coordinate with other shifts, departments, and customers

Compensation:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,178.00 - $95,021.00 per year
