Description:
As a DJI Drone Technician you will perform high quality repairs on DJI products by addressing all unit symptoms and replacing and/or repairing defective parts, as necessary. You will quickly and accurately diagnose client technology issues using specialty software and make solution-based recommendations to our clients in a timely fashion. This is a highly-coveted technology role that is perfect for geeks who thrive on both customer interaction and heads down troubleshooting.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong ability to follow both written and verbal instructions as well as have an attention to detail. DJI Drone Technicians must be able to properly communicate effectively and educate both internal and external clients and co-workers.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing/troubleshooting issues with DJI consumer, prosumer, and enterprise electronics.
- Performing repairs, and quality testing of products.
- Perform diagnostics and navigate requested and recommended repairs in a timely fashion.
- Phone and in-person contact with clients to reveal diagnostic discoveries and make recommendations for protecting and defending client devices.
- Partner with other team members to ensure proper documentation of client requests.
- Assists customers with service/repair issues, discusses products with customers to determine product problems and service requirements.
- Answers questions regarding product installation and operations.
- Stay on top of news about products and initiatives. Thus being ready to apply your learnings in customer interactions.
- Showcasing our hero products, accessories and services through best-in-class merchandising.
- When needed you will be trained and ready to deliver.
- Stay on top of various procedures in store (both online and offline) using the provided resources.
Key Qualifications
- 6+ months experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, or repairing technology products – Preferred.

Experience actively using and learning about consumer electronics.
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and listening skills that let you speak as freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers.
- You have excellent customer service skills that allow you to translate complex conversations into simple solutions.

Previous experience in sales, customer service or related field.

Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights and weekends.

- EDUCATION
- High School Diploma Preferred
- Currently enrolled in High School – Acceptable
- Associates Degree Preferred
- High School Diploma Preferred
- Part 107 Drone License

- $12.50-$18.00 per hour
