Dog Kennel Manager /Dog Kennel Technician Job at Summit Pet Resort
We are a small capacity Dog baording/daycare facility. it is just Jeff and myself, Olivia. W take in 25 dogs, boarding and dyacare combined. Sinse its such a small capicity facility who every is working for everything. SO works with dogs, post to instagram story, greet clients in our outdoor enlosure. Feed all dogs and do late night potty on the days you work.
Its very easy to sugar cot this job, its am amain job, you get to play with all such frindly loving dogs (we are very strict with the dogs we all to stay here. However there is a lot of cleaning that comes with the job. Sometimes youll wake up to room with a poop or pee in the room youd have to clean out, or dogs just poop and pee inside randomly. As well as claning out all baording rooms and crates daycare, as wel as food bowls. This is a BIG cleaning job, so if you hate cleaning probably not the job for you.
Lastly, there is a fine line beyween loving up on all the dos here but not give too much attantin that they get over stimulated and start to et pissy eith eachother. Havin some experience working with larger groups of dogs would be beneficial but we would be will to train the right candidate.
We aare looking for a weekend emopoyee (th easiest days) No daycare so not much in and out with clients. eekend hours are 10-12 & 3-5pm. Your shift would sytart at 7:30 to come let out all the boarders and feed them before cleaning the facilitly.
