HHC LOGISTICS, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is hiring energetic, dependable delivery drivers for full and part-time positions in Seattle/Tukwila. We are an independent, family-owned contractor, delivering Amazon packages in the greater Seattle area.

HHC Logistics LLC, based at the Amazon DWA2 Tukwila WA station is seeking an experienced Dispatcher with at least 3 months of hands-on dispatching experience with an Amazon DSP . Duties and Requirements:

• Coaching and mentoring approach to DA's
• Must have Opening and Closing Dispatching experience.
• Must have at least 12 months of proven history as an AMAZON DSP DRIVER
• Willing and able to perform Rescue routes
• Must be detailed oriented
• Must be able to work under pressure and Multi-Task
• Must be friendly but firm with people skills
• Manage scheduling, dispatch, ordering route assignments
• Advising OTR about route or traffic problems
• Continuous training, monitoring, and coaching delivery associates
• Analyzes DA Scorecard to ID areas of opportunity
• Ensures that all DA’s are logged into tracking system
• Monitor DA’s daily progress and activity while on road
• On Board New Delivery Associates into Mentor, Voyager Fleet
• Collect and keep track inventory including pouches, devices, dollys, van keys, gas cards and chargers.
• Discuss the issues as drivers return to station route problems, missing packages and if the drivers have any issues with the area.
• Serve as delivery associate when and if required

Reward drivers with good performance and encourage to those have a better idea to improve in the daily basis also coach drivers with bad performance how to improve.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
