Jack Sprat Restaurant in Girdwood is looking for a PROFESSIONAL full-time OR part-time dishwasher.
Hourly pay starts at $15 per hour. Tips are shared at 100% with the front and back of house. The right candidate can earn the same salary as a server or cook due to our progressive tip pool. We are seeking an individual that enjoys hard work, cleaning, organizing and working with a team. A qualified person can perform multiple job positions if experienced or willing to learn. Advancement is possible based on skill, attitude and consistency.
Jack Sprat is an independently owned and operated, full-service restauran at the base of Alyeska Ski Resort. Serving world cuisine in a cozy casual setting, we create health-conscious food with a balance between meat and vegan choices. We are open year-round.
The community of Girdwood is a small mountain town. Girdwood is unique and friendly with access to the "big city" of Anchorage, just 40 miles away along a national scenic byway. Jack Sprat is a fun and creative restaurant. We are looking to expand our team to meet the demands of our growing customer base and bustling winter season. Successful candidates will be:

Our service is five nights per week with a focus on fresh and local ingredients. Our tip pool includes the front and the back of the house which makes for a cooperative work experience with great wages. Meals are provided at the end of service or at a discount.
