ATCO Frontec is seeking an energized and dynamic person to join the Camp Services team in Fairbanks, AK. The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring that the all flatware, pots, pans and plate ware are cleaned and sanitized, up to the camp standards, in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, dry and organize dishes and dinner ware properly
• To operate dish washing equipment properly and safely
• To remove garbage from the kitchen
• General cleaning
• Organizing and maintaining storage of washed items
• Cleaning sinks and dish washer
• To ensure that you leave your workplace in a clean and tidy condition
• Responsible for inspecting the equipment on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Follow requirements of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System;
• Use all safeguards and safety equipment as provided and intended;
• Demonstrate a professional attitude toward all company health, safety and environment initiatives
• Other duties as assigned by management from time to time

Qualifications/Skills:

• The successful candidate must hold a valid Alaska food safe certification
• Excellent people skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently supervised or unsupervised
• Team Player
• Camp kitchen experience is an asset
