The Vision for Success
MRIdian is a unique technology that can have incredible Clinical, Strategic and Financial impact inside IDNs, Strategic Accounts and Global Key Accounts. This strategic role for ViewRay will identify, expand, and execute a “Win-Win” collaborative approach to partnering with the largest and most influential healthcare customers.
- Execute a comprehensive global strategy to identify and target the largest and most influential healthcare organizations.
- Leverage existing Radiation Oncology Executive relationships, by identifying and managing the sales and strategic partner development process at the largest and most influential healthcare organizations.
- Implement a scalable growth strategy to create and build a world class strategic account organization.
- Work with hospital executives, key radiation oncologists and physicists in the development and execution of a plan to leverage the unique MRIdian Clinical, Strategic, and Economic value and bring the technology into their organizations.
- Partner with cross-functional ViewRay teams to drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff and thought leaders to develop a qualified lead funnel of future MRIdian prospects. Regular activities would consist of formal presentations, informal events, and educational forums.
- Work with C-level leaders at large healthcare organizations.
The Value you Will Bring
You have a proven track record of extreme ownership and accountability as well as a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You also have a mastery of the functioning of and key roles within a Radiation Therapy Department as well as thorough insight into the role of the department within the larger Cancer Service Line.
You are exceptional at managing a team and have experience developing both internal and external relationships founded in “solution building” and resulting in mutual short and long-term success.
You are never afraid to speak your mind and are a fearless communicator.
You have experience with reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of activities, submission of expense reports.
Bonus Points
- Have a business or finance degree.
- Have experience or certification in Strategic Account Management.
- Have a good understanding of the sales process in Radiation Oncology or other large medical capital equipment market.
- Understand and can portray the value of advanced radiation oncology technology.
