Magnolia Springs Lexington is an upscale senior living community and offers 72 assisted living & 25 memory care residences on site & is located in beautiful Lexington, KY.

The Role:
- Lead and supervise team of caregivers and ensure Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Programming is complied with in all resident interactions
- Create culture of hospitality through ongoing training and support of staff including but not limited to 1:1 meetings, stay interviews, and periodic performance evaluations and coaching.
- Build relationships and create strong communication amongst families and staff.
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments for new and current residents to ensure care plan is up to date.
- Maintain proper documentation through Yardi EHR system
- Act in on-call capacity, filling in as caregiver as necessary.
- Act as liaison between hospital and rehab facilities to navigate healthcare programs for residents.
- Participate on sales team by assisting with community visits for prospective families.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Three to five years’ experience in senior living, specifically related to dementia care
- Three to five years' experience in leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in health-related field
- LPN licensure
- Experience in social work or case management
