Director of Engineer - Design and Manufacturing Job at Kane Partners LLC
Well established manufacturing company in the Process Industry world, with recent new investment is poised for exponential growth. Company seeks an experienced Director of Engineering to join the Senior Leadership team. Lead the way for their anticipated 500% growth over 5 years.
Position Summary:
Plan and direct all aspects of engineering activities and projects within the organization.
Oversee product engineering operations and ensure all engineering projects, initiatives and processes.
Collaborate with marketing team to determine market potential for new products.
Develop new products from concept to testing to production.
Oversees progress and timeliness of R&D projects.
Review project reports to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
Recruit, provide training and mentoring of engineers as and when needed.
Experience with Compression, Rotating Equipment, OEM, Electro-Mechanical and/or Automation manufacturing.
Requirements:
Advanced engineering degree preferred.
20 Years of professional experience
10+ years of related experience in a leadership role
Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
New Product Development and Introduction

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
