THE ROLE*
We are in a period of rapid growth and are looking to take Nogin’s success to the next level as we begin this new chapter as a publicly-traded company. The overriding responsibility of this role is to design and oversee the execution of multi-touch demand creation programs, based on both inbound and outbound tactics, that drive pipeline creation and revenue growth. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build exceptional campaigns that support our customer audiences and journeys, drive engagement and acquire net-new marketable contacts.
The ideal candidate is data driven, strategic, and willing to roll-up their sleeves to get things accomplished. It requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, creativity, and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial culture
We have a preference for applicants living in or willing to relocate to Orange County, CA. This role has a hybrid schedule—some days in office, some days working from home.
We may consider a remote arrangement for the right applicant.

WHAT YOU’LL DO*
- Build-out a scalable demand generation engine that drives predictable pipeline activity, setting program goals while analyzing and reporting results effectively.
- Manage all inbound and outbound demand generation channels. Determine the tactical mix between email, digital advertising, SEO, industry events/shows, webinars, and social
- Develop databases targeting key markets, verticals and decision makers
- Manage and optimize the budget allocation across campaigns
- Configure and build campaigns within Marketing Automation
- Identify and initiate the creation of content needed for campaigns, working with Sales / Marketing to develop end-to-end campaigns, identifying opportunities for pipeline acceleration and sales conversions.
- Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors that contribute to the demand creation programs
- Monitor existing and developing technologies to help Demand Gen efforts. Make recommendations for process and results improvements
- Manage email deliverability, database hygiene, subscription management and compliance with opt-in laws and regulations
WHO YOU ARE
- You hold a degree in marketing, communication, or a comparable discipline
- You bring 3+ years of experience in marketing and communication, with focus on CRM and B2B
- You are a data-driven marketer willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done

- You are self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Experienced building and running a high-velocity, low-touch, demand generation program within a product-led, B2B SaaS growth environment and brand-sensitive industry
- Highly skilled and knowledgeable in audience segmentation and personalization, multichannel marketing, SEO and SEM
- Lead our copywriting and content creation process (in house and via contractors) for top and middle of the funnel content creation used in customer marketing, ads, email, landing pages, webinars etc.
- Adept in the use of marketing operations and automation technologies such as HubSpot, Unbounce, 6Sense, Mailchimp, SEMrush, etc.
- Prior experience in vetting, selecting, and actively managing 3rd party marketing agency (SEO, SEM) partners and contractors
- Experience managing organic and paid media campaigns and experimenting across channels such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
- Naturally analytical and data-driven mindset combined with experience in building and instrumenting the marketing machine, understanding channel attribution to determine where to invest further
