How will I make an impact?

• You provide strategic leadership for programs and the department, managing staff and outcomes to department success resulting in knowledgeable and engaged staff that.
• You continuously improve services, programs and the department by identifying areas of growth, potential barriers, or new opportunities. Work to capitalize on opportunities or create solutions and execute changes strategically.
• You create an environment of accountability and evaluation, by monitoring and analyzing spending, program data, staff outputs, and client outcomes in order to make sound decisions regarding staffing, clients, and funding.
• The department is a cohesive unit that functions well and is committed to CCFW mission, values, and program outcomes.
• Management is supported by your leadership skills and all of department staff are accountable to CCFW and program expectations.
• Your team successfully meets goals set by funders and the agency.
• Research programs adhere to program design.

Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for change makers!

• Master’s Degree in social work or related field, or a combination of education and experience required.
• Experience in managing professionals in a service environment is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strategic thinker who can align behind a compelling mission and set of goals.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-Time position with a salary range based on skills and experience.
