Work in a small group home setting in the Saint Paul area, three-12 hr shifts available a week with the opportunity to pick-up extra shifts if you choose to do so! Or pick shifts that work in your schedule, for individuals that have more flexibility.
Direct Support Staff assist and teach individuals with disabilities daily life skills including mobility, personal hygiene, therapeutic supports, medication administration and individual program plan implementation (helping them obtain their goals).
You can have the opportunity to take the clients to the park or the movies and get paid! No experience necessary, but preferred. We provide paid training. Ideal candidate is reliable, responsible and likes to have fun!!!
Applicants must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19, current TB test with negative results, pass a background study, approved driving record, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and have good written and verbal skills along with computer knowledge. We have both part-time and full-time positions available, full benefits for full-time positions. Generous paid time off and 401k company match.
