ASA is a Human Service Agency located in Wellesley and Waltham. Can work at either location. We support and work with adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. We have a Community Based, Employment and Day Habilitation Programs. Our mission is to provide, personal growth, employment and community experiences while enhancing a person's independence.

Supervise persons with autism and other developmental disabilities in the community and at the center and at community worksites. Provide ongoing opportunities for new job skills, independence or expand existing ones.

Responsible for the documentation of progress notes and completing all daily date in our software system.

Carpooling participants from their family and group homes required as assigned and needed.

Monday to Friday, full time hours 8AM to 4PM (40Hours).

DSP - $39, 530 to 43,035.20,000.00 - Full Time

Part Time Position Monday-Friday hours to be determined.

Transportation in Company Car is full time earning $48,000.00 with no expenses (gas and vehicle repair) If using personal car $48,000.00 plus gas/mileage reimbursement.

Applicants are restricted to those who currently reside in Massachusetts. Mass. License, Car & cell phone necessary.

Requirements:
Patience, interests, education and dedication. Experience with adults with autism , individuals with behavioral issues (is a plus), and supported employment preferred. Must be flexible in fulfilling carpooling needs. Resume required.

Phone compensation annualized 120.00 ($10.00 monthly)

2000.00 Hiring Bonus: $500.00 after 90 days, $500.00 at the six-month mark and at one year anniversary &1000.00
