Diesel Parts Associate Responsibilities:
- Assists customers in person and over the phone with parts orders
- Pulling customer orders for shipment and delivery
- Quoting and invoicing to customers
- Receiving stock orders into inventory
- Assisting Technicians with parts inquiries
- Submit all parts warranty and return claims in a timely manor to insure maximum credits received.
- Assists with all aspects of the inventory control, including physical inventory
- Other parts duties as assigned
Diesel Parts Associate Requirements:
- Customer service skills
- Management skills
- Previous parts department experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
