• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to gather requirements and create functional and technical specifications
• Design frameworks and pipelines to enable high volume, low latency data integrations between on-premise and cloud applications
• Develop data integration solutions on GCP leveraging Google Data Flow, Google DataProc, Google Pub/Sub, REST APIs, Java and Python scripts
• Develop and execute test plans/scripts to validate the code for functionality/SLAs and recommend performance improvements
• Design and build cloud-compatible CI/CD frameworks to deploy solutions on GCP
• Support the operations activity of the deployed solutions, investigate complex issues and assist with their resolution
• Evaluate emerging technologies and approaches that will power data-driven integration capabilities across the enterprise
• Mentor other team members on GCP integration related best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or applicable work experience
• Familiar with cloud computing concepts and designing and building cloud ready applications/integrations
• 3+ years of integration experience on cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS
• Experience in Google Data Flow, Google DataProc, REST APIs, Google Pub/Sub, Java and Python scripting and Kafka Streams
• Experience in test automation to improve data quality and CI/CD using Docker, GitHub, Jenkins and Unix/Linux shell scripts
• Possess a strong work ethic; takes pride in producing a quality product and a strong team player
• Work with production support and project consultants in an onshore / offshore model
• Support off-hours production issues and code deployments as needed
• Minimal travel required (training/conferences)
