Your Role and Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Imaging Windows workstations: Image new computers when they are received by the depot and prepare for deployment to users
- Decommissioning workstations: Follow documented decommission process including securely wiping hard drives Break/Fix, hardware and software break/fix
- Assist with inventory control
- Remote break/fix
- Printer break/fix
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 1+ year of work experience providing deskside support (Windows)
- Past ServiceNow work experience
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Required Education
High School Diploma/GED
