We don't stop at being a faster, easier and simpler version of a bank - we're focused on creating better financial outcomes for our customers by changing the definition of what a bank can be and do. We're building a digital finance department for every small business in America with our business bank account as its foundation.

We ❤ Design. As a Designer you'll help us build our teams across North America during an exciting period of growth. Reporting to our Lead Designer, you'll be joining a team who have helped build companies like Chime, Twitter, Instacart, E*Trade, McKinsey & Company, Etsy, eBay and more.

We're a team of A-players who are all in on solving big, important problems. Feeling it?

REQUIREMENTS

As a Designer, you'll be working on every visual aspect of NorthOne's branding. You will use different mediums to own the end-to-end asset creation and design process to support our marketing campaigns and social media.

The skills required for this role -

• You have +2 years of experience in design and using Adobe Suite or/and Figma
• You love designing for a fast paced marketing team and know how to bring creative concepts to life
• You know how to design with the customer in mind and create work that's excited to a specific audience
• You've designed websites and landing pages (bonus points if you've used Webflow, Unbounce, or a similar CMS)
• You get giddy when you get to create beautifully designed graphics and animations for social posts, blogs, ads and presentations

Bonus points -

• Experience working in an agency or fast paced startup
• Experience designing for a consumer brand
• You come from a family of small business owners
• You have a non-traditional or diverse background (personal or professional). You've lived a life that is different, where you've been challenged or have chosen to challenge yourself
