We are a rapidly growing Pediatric Dental Practice with 15 locations across Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County, and Ventura County coming soon.
Children's Dental FunZone is dedicated to serving the unique needs of children, toddlers, and teens. We offer comprehensive services including preventive pediatric Dental Care and Orthodontics. Job Duties:
- Plan and manage dental business operations for excellent patient support services
- Boost morale, motivation, and team building activities for staff
- Encourage a training and career growth environment for staff
- Oversee daily office activities and provide direction and guidance for team as needed
- Respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquires
- Ensure the delivery of quality dental care to patients
- Respond to patient concerns and issues to influence patient satisfaction
- Oversee staff scheduling and coverage
- Organize and oversee supply purchases, equipment upgrades and operation expenses
Desired Profile/Background:
- A minimum of 2 years of Dental Manager Experience preferred
- Must Love Working with Children
- Dental experience preferred
- Pediatric and Ortho experience preferred
- Upbeat personality is a MUST
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus
Job-Type:
