Dental and Dental Sleep Medicine Customer Service Representative
Our new Dental and Dental Sleep Medicine Costumer Representative will utilize their superpowers–emotional intelligence and empathy–to help and guide our patients within our office process
Simply put, we help high achievers positively change the world.
WHAT YOU WILL LOVE TO DO…
- Answering calls and schedule appointments
- Checking office e-mail and respond in a timely manner
- Great patient and obtain required paperwork
- Building relationship with referring physician offices, marketing planning
- Educating patients on general basics of sleep disorders (most commonly obstructive sleep apnea) as well as coordinating their care.
- Instructing patients in the use of a home sleep testing device
- Cleaning testing equipment
- Electronic medical record entry
- Communication with clinical and scheduling team
- Other duties as assigned

- You are extremely comfortable with Google Drive, and are tech proficient enough to learn new systems easily.
- You are extremely comfortable with Microsoft Office

COMPENSATION: Competitive with bonuses and unlimited growth opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $20.00 per hour
