As a Deliverol employee, delivery drivers are responsible for delivering packages on behalf of Amazon while providing the highest level of customer service to Amazon customers. The successful candidate will have previous delivery and customer service experience, the willingness to work in a constantly evolving, fast-paced, customer obsessed environment, with superior time management skills.
COMPENSATION
Standby drivers are responsible for reporting to the station every morning they are scheduled as "standby". If no route is available, standby drivers are paid $50 and able to go home right away; if a full route is available due to a full-time driver call-in or Amazon makes additional routes available that day, the driver is paid $135.50 (max 3-4 full routes per week).
Weekly pay is between $350-$600 and drivers are paid weekly. Your day rates are based on an assumed 10.5 hour delivery day. Driving for results leads to recognition and personal growth within the company.
Requirements:- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Must be at least 23 years old with a valid driver's license
- Clean driving record (see below)
- Ability to read a map and utilize GPS
- Flexible Schedule
DRIVER GUIDELINES
- Drivers 25 or older may have no more than 3 moving violations or one accident and one violation in the last 3 years
- Drivers 23 & 24 are acceptable but can have no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Drivers under 23 are not acceptable
- No driver may have any major convictions within the last five year period
