We are looking for a highly motivated, customer service driven individual with prior management and deli & bakery operations experience to join our team as Deli & Bakery Supervisor.

As a supervisor, this individual will be responsible for store level execution on merchandising, food quality and financial performance for deli and bakery departments. Regular store visits to provide support, check on conditions, merchandising and follow up on initiatives will be a primary function of this position. Individual will also be responsible for training and directing store personnel on operations, service and company/department initiatives. Communication with the store level staff and main office personnel will be essential.

Education:

• College degree preferred or equivalent combination of skills/experience required

Experience:

• Minimum five years of experience with Deli/Bakery retail, merchandising preferred
• Minimum five years of people management preferred
• Must have customer service experience and working knowledge of Deli / Bakery foods/products

Skills:

• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills to management special projects with decision making authority
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Other:

• Must be willing and able to regularly travel to visit stores across the state
• TB clearance required
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements including COVID-19 related protocol such as wellness checks and wearing a face mask while working in-store and/or main office
