As a Client Portfolio Specialist, you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. Client Portfolio Specialists are responsible for engaging with both clients and creditors to identify and assist with any roadblocks that might prevent members from graduating from their program. You will serve as the main point of contact between clients, creditors, and other departments to expedite the program graduation process.

What you’ll do:

• Research, verify and manage a client’s portfolio of accounts after a client has agreed to the Consolidation Plus loan
• Update each account worked with accuracy & integrity
• Contact clients to obtain information, review the portfolio and obtain authorizations for settlements
• Negotiate lowest percentage possible with Creditor when applicable
• Meet and exceed monthly goals

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years debt settlement/ collections experience
• Experience working in a goal or production driven environment
• Professional communication skills
• Detail oriented and process driven
• High degree of independence
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
