Some of the duties for this position are:
Employee Relations - Must deal effectively with all levels of management and colleagues.
Business Contacts – Must communicate effectively with key vendors.
Guest Interactions – Must communicate appropriately with our global guests and assist to resolve support issues and guest inquiries. Daily review of Guest360 guest recognition database content for accuracy and integrity. Resolution of data discrepancies and spot-checking of changes to contact information or core preferences.
Monitor contents of comments fields for appropriateness.
Responsible for Guest Recognition Database cleanliness through daily merging. Monitor Auto-merge accuracy.
Responsible for monthly merging and de-duping statistics; global and hotel level.
