Data Entry Clerk Job at Innovative System Group
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will support Sourcing Manager(s) by pulling data reports, creating & maintaining data lists from multiple sources, and manipulation of the data to develop sourcing opportunities based on specific criteria.
- May be asked to support the sourcing managers by coordinating and tracking sourcing milestones.
- Processing contracts and submitting them into Salesforce and Docusign. Using Excel to generate reports.
- Will support a Technology Sourcing Manager in the procurement of wireless backhaul.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years relevant experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Salesforce tool set, as well as previous project management experience a plus.
- Detail oriented, quick learner, Salesforce experience would be a big plus, Docusign experience.
- Able to work independently but also feels comfortable asking questions when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
