Data Entry Job at Cole International
Reporting to the Customs Manager, this Data Entry position is internally referred to as a Release Operations Representative and is responsible for a wide variety of clerical and technical duties to ensure the prompt and accurate processing of customs clearances for various types of shipments. This includes, but is not limited to, data entry, research, working with various trade chain partners (customers, carriers, suppliers, Customs and other Cole branches) to affect validation and final accounting of customs entries.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Computer literacy

- Industry-related studies (CCS, CIFFA, etc.)
- Knowledge of the customs brokerage industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
