Job Title :: Customer Support Representative

Job Location :: Totowa, NJ

Position Description ::

• Collect and process data from various programs and generate reports
• Collecting and processing data from various programs and inputting that into reports.
• Coordinating installs and parts for new systems
• Maintain install base
• Data entry and clean up of data in install base
• How to coordinate schedules on how to do installs or fix parts on systems.
• Watching install base in case issues come knowing where issues are to help someone knowing where to find the right parts.

Qualifications needed:

• Education: BA
• Background/Experience: Mid-level career, experience in project management, data entry, logistics planning
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Office Suite particular strong Excel
• Soft Skills: detail oriented, organized, self motivated,
• Skill Set should be: Higher Level Users - Excel pivot table and making charts is the minimum.
• Candidate should be able to type out formula's and not utilize functions.
• Taking over a high level managers role – focusing more on reports.
• Need STRONG excel skills.
• Knowing ERP system as it applies to services.
• Working with service reports.
• What the data means, how to analyze it, how to interpret it, creating pivot tables, etc.
• Background – Out of OPS or Service departments ++
• Excel experience- as long as they have pivot tables and charts (no VLOOKUP’s required here).
• Functions are helpful. More of manipulating data
