We, Quantum-Systems, are a young company that specializes in developing vertical take-off aircraft drones. As an internationally active company with over 100 employees, we design all relevant system groups such as the aircraft, autopilot, sensor integration and planning software in-house. We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) based in North America either at our office in LA or remote.
About the role
The custom success manager is part of the customer success team, which enables sales by winning the technical validation process, onboards clients into the Quantum-Systems world rapidly and ensures their success by providing guidance and support.
The customer success manager we are looking for is passionate about the success of our customers. A successful candidate leads and drives all aspects of implementation, usage, retention, and expansion of our customers. She/he will manage clients and vendors relationships throughout the aftersales processes in North-and Latin America.
This role reports to the Head of Customer Success and will work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Sales functions to deliver industry leading autonomous solutions that drive value to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop healthy customer relationships through proactive support and cadence-based follow ups
- Quantify product feedback and brief executives to drive software and hardware engineering to better fit our customers needs
- Create customer loyalty through proactive support and account management
- Advocate for Enterprise customers through deep understanding of their use cases and needs
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and customer check-ins to ensure our existing customers are getting value from Quantum-Systems technology
- Work directly with customers through proactive, metrics-based engagement
- Work closely with our Sales and Support teams
- Contribute to online content enabling our customer’s success
Your profile:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish
- Experience with commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems and related software development/deployment
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, robotics, geomatics, GIS or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 40% of the time is required
- Ability to obtain Part 107 certificate is required
