ork
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Grant Assistance Program team. The territory account manager will be responsible for owning the customer relationship for our Corporate Grant Assistance Program with free grant help services. Our customer base is local government and public safety. We currently service 60 corporate sponsors and receive about 1000 requests a month for grant help.

As a member of the Grant Customer Success Team this ideal candidate is an organized self-starter, who can work effectively, learn quickly, and make an impact not only at our company but within the local communities we serve. This position presents a unique opportunity to grow account management skills, learn how to help communities find and apply for grants. You will be able to develop and fortify knowledge of grants and funding for local government and provide positive change for our client base. Incentive opportunities are included for strong performers who can walk clients through our program services and directly help them with resources to submit and win grant funding.

  • Corporate Grant Assistance Program
    T erritory Management ( 50 %)
    Example activities:
  • Manage individual territory for Corporate Grant Assistance Program, Corporate GAP (Grant Assistance Program).
  • Manage Corp. GAP lead journey and program services for our grant assistance platform.
  • Follow all processes outlined in training and develop as the needs of the clients and products evolve.
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly individual activity goals.
  • Track all GAP clients to grant funding and report accordingly.
  • Ownership of all lead processes for product support and outcomes.
  • Record lead activities in CRM database.
  • Report monthly data analytics to communicate effectiveness.
  • KPIs include activity metrics, funding goals as well as upsell targets.
  • Ensure smooth working relationships with cross-functional teams in media, grants, marketing, executive leadership, and strategic partnership teams.

  • Upsell Grant
    Services (25%)
    Example activities:
  • Partner with Grants Sales Account Executive to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular outreach with Grants SAE.
  • Find Grant Writing upsells, GrantFinder Subscriptions, and GAP Gov. upsells.
  • Inquiries received for grant services from existing or new prospects.

  • Find
    Grant Funding for Sponsors & Lexipol solutions ( 25 %)
    Example activities:
  • Help identify grant funding for Corp. GAP Sponsors & Lexipol solutions.
  • Manage successful relationship and workflows with Sponsor & Lexipol sales representatives.
  • Manage relationships with cross-functional teams to support the client’s success.
Target Outcomes/ Target Results
  • Working closely with Corp. GAP Leads to identify grants & obtain funding:
  • Assisting Corp. GAP leads with selecting and submitting a grant.
  • Identifying Grant Funding Awards/Alternative Funding.
  • Upsell Targets achieved for Grant Services.
