Customer Service Specialist Job at Jackson Dawson
Overview
The Customer Service Specialist will help support the national business needs of its client whose focus is on the automotive segment. The Specialist is the first point of contact between customers and our program. The Specialist will assist with program enrollment, answer inquiries, provide information, troubleshoot problems, and assist with training and event logistics.
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class customer experience through phone and email correspondence
- Assist guests with registering for programs, events, and training (live or virtual)
- Maintain detailed and accurate records
- Identify and leverage resources to gather necessary information
- Document, troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- Retain and communicate program information
- Maintain and update CRMs and other data management platforms
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management
- Work with other teams and vendors to resolve issues or finalize logistics
- Execute follow-up communication according to client needs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English in verbal and written communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with CRM/CMS systems
- Proficient in use of the Microsoft suite, specifically in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience in a customer service environment required
- Listening skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Possess a customer service mindset
- Organizational skills

- Agile, adaptable and flexible
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and Holidays
