Customer Service Representative / Scheduler

Job Description

Salary: $18 to $20 Per Hour

• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

• Three years of scheduling and dispatching experience in a comparable service field preferred
• Familiarity with NJ geography in out service territory
• Ability to work full time Monday through Friday

Responsibilities...

As an Excel Scheduling Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in our continued growth by efficiently managing the routing and scheduling for our service technicians.

• Assist our customer service and sales staff by making real time scheduling decisions that satisfy our customers’ requests and maintain route efficiency and route density.

• Proficiently navigate our computer system to track routes and optimize current and future schedules.

• Use your expertise received in training to schedule appointments for technicians to efficiently minimize drive time and/or distance as needed and recommend alternative routes when appropriate

• Identify and report route deficiencies and missed appointments to branch management

• Monitor and update customer database with accurate new and existing customer information to maintain the monthly route schedule for our service technicians by territory and division

• Reschedule missed services within 24 hours

• Work with team members to maximize production
• Assist customer service department in handling customer calls
• Contact customers to reschedule their appointments
• Work with field technicians to maximize service completion

· Assist management with administrative tasks as deemed necessary
