We are currently seeking a friendly customer service professional to assist our customers as well as our Pool Service Technicians. This role requires frequent interaction with our customers, and so we are looking to hire someone who has an upbeat, positive and friendly demeanor. Customer service is a key position in our company--it is the first interaction many of our customers have with us. Duties:
* Answering inbound calls
* Scheduling appointments for our customers
* Scheduling of our Pool Service Technicians daily routes
* Data Entry
* Create and follow up of work orders to ensure customer satisfaction
* Report any customer issues or concerns
* Communicate and coordinate with suppliers/vendors, customers and staff.

Skills Required:
* Familiarity with Windows 10
* Ability to conduct yourself in a positive and professional manner
* Previous experience in an office environment
* Previous experience with customer service by phone
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
