This Online Customer Service Representative will be working for a Shoe Brand Company that is actively hiring in North Las Vegas. There are multiple positions currently available, and different shift options are open. This is a full time job, on-site and remote, and individuals are required to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. If you are a hard working individual who is willing to work their way up in a company, this is the job for you.
Basic Requirements:
- Ability to process inbound emails & inquires!
- Ability to process high volume inbound/outbound phone calls!
- Ability to process inbound communication via online chats!
- Ability to demonstrate clear and professional communication skills - written and verbal!
- Strong user of web technology & Microsoft Office applications (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Reliable form of transportation is required. If offered employment, a background check will be required. We participate in EVerify.
