Our client located in beautiful Laconia, NH is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to its growing team.
As the Customer Service Representative you can expect to perform data entry of orders and customer information, answer calls, follow up on inquiries and provide excellent customer service. You would be working with all departments throughout the business.
The ideal candidate will have previous Customer Service experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and is thorough ensuring customers have the information needed at all times.
