The Good Feet Store is growing and we are looking for the best! We are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our team.
Summary
Deliver exceptional assistance to our clients with the highest level of quality in both product knowledge and communication skills, and in the process, consistently manage our brand reputation and exceed clients' expectations. This is on-site position in our brand new office in Portland, OR.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- First point of contact for client concerns and questions communicated via various channels. (phone, digital formats, texting)
- Proactively calls client to educate on the benefits and advantages of the client portal and the supports. Including all environments, the supports help with different activities
- Uses clientele software; makes follow up calls and to manage overdue tasks and call clients directly to ensure clients overall satisfaction with service and products
- Encourage Client Care Team to consistently deliver excellent service with each client
- Create and maintain programs to celebrate our clients
- Answers questions about organization, advises on product uses and provides caller with address, direction and other information
- Operates multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel or location
- Answer incoming phone calls, determine purpose of call, answer any questions as appropriate and/or directs calls as needed
- Retrieves messages for voicemail and forwards to appropriate personnel
- Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are not available
- Monitor client reviews and messages that are written on line; draft and post responses
- Prepares reporting as requested on client resolution status, online review status, and phone call trends
- Monitor's visitor access to the Office, issue passes when required
