Customer Service Representative Job at Economy Linen and Towel Service, Inc.
Economy Linen and Towel Service, Inc., the region's premier linen suppier to the hospitality and healthcare markets, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide customer service to both our internal and external customers through various activities, including handling customer service calls, providing prompt issue resolution, assist in account reconciliation, preparing reports and invoices, processing new accounts making outbound customer calls to obtain information and/or to provide follow up to resolve customer issues, and other projects and miscellaneous office duties.

Ideal candidate would have a minimum of three years experience in handling customer service calls in a similar position, posess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft products, high efficiency in excel, and the ability to multi-task.
