Position - Customer Service Representative Office
Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders and process returns.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Persuasive Communication Skills
- Adaptability
- Experience with computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook,etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones
- Entering Sales Orders
- Processing Returns
- Posting Checks
- Helping with any office needs
- May be requested to work in the warehouse on occasion.
