Allen Marketing Group (AMG) is an industry-leading business development and advertising firm in Cedar City, Utah. We are seeking a talented-technical individual to join our rapidly growing team. This individual will field incoming phone calls and respond to email messages from customers.

Responsibilities:

• Field incoming phone calls and respond to email messages from customers.
• Update database with new information every time a customer calls.
• Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services to provide adequate education to customers.
• Make product and service suggestions to meet the customer's specific needs.
• Answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues.
• Collect and record customer feedback, and share feedback with appropriate departments and team members.
• Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve our retention rate.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Outlook, Word, and Excel experience is preferred.
• The ability to plan and manage multiple assignments
• CRM experience preferred
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Have strong prioritization and time-management skills
• Proven self-starter who takes the initiative in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Scheduling:

• Compensation: $12.00 per hour + bonuses
• Schedule: Full-time & part-time shifts available

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to provide two forms of I.D.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
