Allen Marketing Group (AMG) is an industry-leading business development and advertising firm in Cedar City, Utah. We are seeking a talented-technical individual to join our rapidly growing team. This individual will field incoming phone calls and respond to email messages from customers.
Responsibilities:
- Field incoming phone calls and respond to email messages from customers.
- Update database with new information every time a customer calls.
- Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services to provide adequate education to customers.
- Make product and service suggestions to meet the customer's specific needs.
- Answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues.
- Collect and record customer feedback, and share feedback with appropriate departments and team members.
- Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve our retention rate.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Outlook, Word, and Excel experience is preferred.
- The ability to plan and manage multiple assignments
- CRM experience preferred
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Have strong prioritization and time-management skills
- Proven self-starter who takes the initiative in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Scheduling:
- Compensation: $12.00 per hour + bonuses
- Schedule: Full-time & part-time shifts available
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to provide two forms of I.D.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
