Responsibilities:

• Serve as the human voice and personality behind the Company brand. Provide quality customer service with every customer interaction.
• Effectively break down information and identify opportunities to gain customer agreement and trust.
• Making outbound calls to clientele.
• Take ownership of every client experience. Be professional always.
• Utilize good judgment and understanding of company policy to effectively make decisions to resolve customer issues.
• Achieve monthly individual and team performance goals by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments. Must meet certain metrics criteria set by department supervisor.
• Maintain computer logs and records.
• Be able to perform administrative duties. And any duties for management/all duties as assigned.
• Be available for weekends and night on-call rotation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center, retail, etc.)
• Sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication, decision making, persuasion and problem resolution skills
• Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy
• Experience working in fast-paced, goal oriented and team based structured environment
• Proficiency with computers (ability to navigate within multiple screens) & a good typist
• Very reliable and trustworthy
• Able to pass a drug screening and background check

11am - 7:30pm MST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
