SWACONNECT helps make communications services more affordable for low-income consumers and families.

Through The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) government program that helps many low income households pay for broadband service and internet connected devices. We provide subscribers a discount on qualifying monthly broadband Internet service. The discount helps ensure that low-income consumers can afford 21st century broadband and the access it provides to jobs, healthcare, and educational resources.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide premium level service, removing burdens and providing end-to-end resolution for both subscribers and agents.
  • Train and assist agents during enrollments and escalating to the technical team for complex issues
  • Communicate with both subscribers and agents via secure messaging, e-mail or phone
  • Work closely with Operations team to ensure orders, shipments and corresponding data are accurate
  • Research issues and resolve problems for agents and subscribers. Provide timely feedback and available solutions by escalation to the technical team.
  • Research complex issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve member issues and/or partner with others to resolve escalated issues.
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Bilingual is a plus (not required)
  • Ability to recognize problems, resolve or escalate as needed.
  • Strong computer skills and Know how to use Excel on a daily basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
