Customer Service Manager Job at TURNER'S FURNITURE
Turner's Furniture is looking for a Customer Service Manager to provide the highest standard of customer care.
Who You Are:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Extensive knowledge of customer service procedure and principles.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Friends and family would describe you as patient, kind, and friendly.
What You'll Do:
· Manage the customer service department - ensuring the highest level of customer service in compliance with company guidelines
· Exhibit quality communication with customers, staff, and interdepartmentally
· Ensure all Open Services are addressed and completed efficiently within a timely manner
· Resolve customer complaints and concerns timely, professionally, and friendly
· Supervise Service Techs, monitoring the routes and processes to ensure timely service completion
· Supervise, coach, and mentor the customer service staff
· Ensure all department recordkeeping is complete, accurate, and up to date
· Work continuously to improve the level of service provided by the Service department
Preferred Education and Experience:
· At least two (2) years Customer Service - required
· Previous supervisory experience - preferred
Expected hours of work
· Monday thru Friday 08:00 am to 05:00 pm
· Overtime as needed
