Job Title – 1st Shift Customer Service Associate
Job Shift –6:00 AM or 8:00AM (will discuss during interviewing process)
Pay Rate – $18.25 per hour
Job Type – Temp to Hire
Job Responsibilities:
- Process orders and related tasks timely and accurately as required. May include, orders, specific reports, returns, monthly invoicing, and order adjustments in our systems. Communicate carrier status or other items such as units on hold, auditing/labeling units creating BOLs for customers. Evaluate order requirements and ensure that customer, inventory, and system requirements are met before processing.
- Provide positive and timely responses to internal and external customer inquiries, including phone calls, written communication, and other methods of inquiry. Provide a positive customer experience that will promote future business through courteous, accurate and prompt responses to inquiries. Give customers clear and accurate information regarding any product, procedures, and status of orders and returns.
- As required, research inquiries and resolve customer order issues (i.e. incomplete or incorrect ordering, shipping, and returns problems) expeditiously. Understand and monitor reports to ensure individual processing in our system is correct and complete. Possess knowledge of inbound/outbound processes ensuring that accurate information is passed to all customers regarding product attributes and inventory availability.
- Contribute to team effort and provide backup support to co-representatives following departmental policies and procedures in addition to other duties as assigned. Mentor and assist in training new hires and temps.
- Lift 30lbs. regularly
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements / Required Skill Set
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
- Must have excellent Microsoft Excel Skills
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Must be willing to submit to background check- county
- Must be willing to submit to a 5- panel drug screen
