We are currently seeking a Customer Satisfaction Specialist to join the New Holstein, WI team. The shift for the position is Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.
The Customer Satisfaction Specialist has the responsibility for processing customer orders, assisting with resolution of customer inquiries and concerns, and managing the movement of finished product.
Essential Functions:
- Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate extension or take messages as necessary.
- Greet visitors. Notify employees when their visitor arrives, take messages or information as necessary.
- Receive and accurately process customer orders within 24 hours of receipt and process through System 21.
- Send out Order Acknowledgements on all customer orders.
- Process changes to orders as needed, communicate change with customers and staff as needed, resend order acknowledgement to customer.
- Prepare all shipping documentation as prescribed for outgoing product and obtain all necessary accompanying documents including lab analysis. For export orders include declarations, certificates of origin and customer invoices. Email necessary documentation to customer/corporate the same day the order ships.
- Schedule the LTL trucks and anything over that work with transportation to schedule carrier for orders.
- Invoice all orders that shipped same day.
- Work with outside warehouse manager or transportation when needing finish product from another plant
- Assist with problem resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Work with sales personnel when needed.
Ideal Candidates will have 2-3 years previous customer service experience. Exceptional communication, organizational and analytical skills. Strong knowledge of computer software applications.
